The Pheonix in times of doubt and confusion, symbolizes strength, transformation and renewal. For only from the ashes of who we were, can we rise up to become who we are to be.
Expand Your Mind
Mend Your Body
Awaken Your Soul
Renew Your Spirit
"Finding yourself" is not really how it works. You are not a ten-dollar bill in last winter's coat pocket. You are not lost. Your true self is right there, buried under cultural conditioning, other people's opinions, and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a child and adult that became your beliefs about who you are. "Finding yourself" is actually returning to yourself. An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering who you were before the world got its hands on you.
Empowerment
I lead with a quote...
To summarize my journey, I find to be a difficult task - A lengthy task - that will take much time, so for now I write and leave you with this: We think of ourselves as humans searching for a spiritual awakening, when in-fact, we are spiritual beings attempting to cope with a human awakening. Seeing yourself from the spirit within, will help you to remember why you came here and what you came here to do.
That is exactly what I am to accomplish - assist and guide others embarked on their human-awakening journey. To not 'heal' others, but instead empower and promote the dismantling of suffering; through assisting others in the remembering of our divinely-given spiritual state and the drive to be sovereign.

Sound Baths are a non-invasive and gentle way to balance and restore the energy of the mind, body, heart and soul! While deeply immersive, a sound bath is a full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes.
What happens to Brain Waves During a Sound Bath?
Within a couple of minutes, through the use of gongs and other resonant sounds, we can see the transition of brain waves from the very active Beta waves associated with conscious, outward, focused communication to that of the Theta brain waves, which is the state associated with the benefits of meditation, creativity, deep relaxation, and other forms of healing. As you move into Theta your body thinks it will be asleep for 8-10 hours and kick starts the bioregulation of the body. Your immune system, digestion, other systems and organs are able to function more effectively as the body can focus on function and healing rather than thinking, reacting and surviving in Beta brainwave mode. Many people find it easier to achieve meditation during a Gong Bath than other relaxing settings, as the sounds played keep the brain engaged in Theta waves more easily, improving the chances of keeping the mind in a prolonged relaxed state to achieve the benefits.

The shamanic practices have been used for tens and thousands of years. They are a form of meditation that uses rhythm such as drumming to create changes within the electrical impulses of the brain. What is the difference between Shamanic Journey meditation versus “regular” meditation? Regular meditation your brain slips into Delta brain waves whereas Shamanic practices induce Theta brain waves. Being in a Theta brain wave heightens activity in the brain networks that help the brain to then enter an "internally directed conscious state". In other words, the rapid drumbeats help one connect to their subconscious mind. Functional MRI studies of practicing shamans, who were listening to shamanic drumming during eight-minute imaging sessions, show important changes in brain network activity. These changes “may promote an extended internal train of thought, wherein integration and insight may occur. This state of consciousness is associated with deep physical relaxation, mental clarity, dream-like states, hypnosis, stage 1 sleep (disconnection from the conscious world), imagination, creativity and lucid dreaming. Which brings us to inspiration, imagination, and creativity. The western mind has a huge problem interpreting imagination as anything other than make-believe and fantasy. This is not true of many other cultures and belief systems – Aborigine and Buddhist belief systems are two examples. The concept of what is imagined as a form of reality is a hard one for the western mind to grasp. One way might be to think of scientific hypothesis. A scientist comes up with a theory and then either she, or another scientist, proves the theory. The scientist’s mind presented a truth even though we were initially labeling it a theory. And what is the inspiration for imagination and creativity? Where does it come from? This is another age-old question that countless philosophers and psychologists have tried to answer. Entering into a theta state the mind is open, aware but at rest; there are no pesky barriers of consciousness throwing up “rational” roadblocks for what presents itself. Some believe, as do I, that we connect to spirit in this state and then the mind interprets this connection and translates it via imagery formed through the imagination – we receive imagery. When we engage in Journey Meditation, we always start by imagining the place to “go in.” Imagination is the bridge between ordinary and non-ordinary reality. This is how we open the door to Spirit. And finally – Spirit itself. We all should decide for ourselves what our idea of Spirit is (or isn’t). Through Journey Meditation it is possible to further refine these ideas through personal experience. Great knowledge, great healing, great love, and a sense of well-being and care are available to us all. We just have to bridge that gap.

Awaken to your truth. Awaken to your light. Awaken to all that is divinely you!
By Divine Law, every soul embarks this Earth journey, 'whole'. However, we are born having forgotten this. Due to man's perfectly imperfect ego, humans walk around, every day, "doing what they're supposed to be doing" however, in actuality many are completely unaware they are living in a state of imbalance amidst their mind, body, heart & spirit. Despite easy access/exposure to religious teachings and church's, we are left thirsty for Spiritual Truth. In suffering we can find great growth. I am to help others on their spiritual journeys, paths of Awakening, achieving enlightenment and ascension into Christ Consciousness - to live a heart-forward life! I do not claim to "heal", in-fact, as of recent I find myself quite repelled by the use of that word. However, my natural ability to 'see' the bigger picture when it comes to all things relational to spiritual, allows for dots to be connected and receiving of unique perspective(s). Because of free-will, what you take and do with that information is up to you. I advise all my clients to practice their gifts of discernment and spiritual sovereignty. Not sure what those are? That's OKAY. We can explore things of that nature, together. Also, having built a network of Holisitc & Spiritual Health professionals, allows for easy access and referral to an array of modalities in the healing arts.

The practice of Reiki is rooted in Japanese culture. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means Universal Life and (Ki) which means energy. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not a massage nor is it based off a belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy be strong and free-flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it may lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

Brain Waves Matter
Resonance - the reinforcement or prolongation of sound by reflection from a surface or by the synchronous vibration of a neighboring object.
Dissonance - a simultaneous combination of tones conventionally accepted as being in a state of unrest and needing completion.
Entrainment -the act or fact of being drawn into a current or flow: the synchronization of different rhythmic cycles that interact with each other.
Delta waves, which are between 0.5 and 4 hertz (Hz), occur during deep states of dreamless sleep.
Theta waves, which are between 4 and 8 Hz, occur during light sleep or deep relaxation.
Alpha waves, which measure between 8 and 12 Hz, occur when people feel relaxed and when the brain is in an idle state without concentrating on anything.
Beta waves, which measure between 12 and 30 Hz, are the waves that occur during most conscious, waking states. It is a fast activity that signals attentiveness and alertness.
Gamma waves, which measure between 25 and 100 Hz, are the fastest wavelength brain waves that are linked to activities such as learning, problem-solving, and information processing.

Sound is energy. According to physics, the definition of “resonance” is the reinforcement or prolongation of sound by reflection from a surface or by the synchronous vibration of a neighboring object. So as the gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls fill the room with vibration, they are encouraging our frequencies of our bodies to resonate at these higher levels. This law in physics allows us to transform our state of energy to that of a more resonant state with the instruments and the other practitioners the room. Where there is frequency, resonance can be achieved to restore balance. The examples of tuning forks, metronomes, or other instruments who “entrain” themselves with the sounds of the other frequencies also works with the healthy frequencies of our body. Resonance also occurs during a Gong Bath and in other sound and vibrational therapy treatments. During a Gong Bath, areas of imbalance in your body will naturally resonate with the sounds played, restoring healthy vibrational frequencies in the body's cells, systems and chakras.
As we prepare the body for the sound bath, we strengthen our sensitivities to sound and our reaction to our fight or flight response. This lowers your stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline, slowing down your heart rate, your breathing and lowering blood pressure.
Sound baths are called baths because every cell of the body is bathed through the vibratory output of the gongs. As we are almost 75% water, and as water molecules are natural cohesive “clumping”, these vibrations work to separate and encourages the healthy cellular flow in our bodies. This encourages improved hydration, supporting DNA and cellular regeneration. Studies of blood cells before and after a sound bath reveal a huge transformation from stuck, and lethargic blood cells, to that which flow freely and independently.
To become spiritual, you must die to self,
and come alive in the Lord. Only then will the mysteries of God fall from your lips. To die to self through self-discipline causes suffering but brings you everlasting life.
